Science/Cousin Homeschool

Today our cousins came over a second time, to do science with us. They came over last night, and slept                           over. We also got to play the Wii. But today is going to be a really exciting day, because we get to go on a field trip after we go to a bunch of other places. But we still have to do our math and we did science, too. We drew pictures from the first thing to the last thing that God did when he created the earth. First, he created light and separated it from darkness. That is called Physics.Second, he separated the water above and below, creating the sky. That is called Meteorology. Third, he created land, seas, and plants. That is called Geology, Oceanography, and Botany. Fourth, he created the sun, moon, and stars. That is called Astronomy. Fifth, he created the sea animals and the birds. That is called Zoology. Sixth, he created land, animals, and people. That is called Zoology, Human Anatomy, and physiology. Seventh, God rested. One of the things that I learned was that when God created the earth, that is science. Do you know where we are going for a field trip? We are going to go bowling at Fat Cats. But, like I said, we have to go to a lot of other places before we can do our field trip; there's five other places we have to go to, and Fat Cats is going to be the last place we go to! But I'm still excited about it. All the babies are making sounds and aunt M. (our cousins' mom) just came over, and Sam won't stop bothering Mykel. (She is one of my cousins.) Well, it was fun talking to you! Bye!

  1. I've never thought of the creation of the earth being so many different kinds of science! I loved reading your blog on this subject.

  3. This is really great. I love the idea of meshing science and the creation.
