CHAPTER SIX
The first difference in the movie and
the book of the story of The Wizard of Oz is that in the movie, the
lion didn't ask what Toto was, but in the book, he did. The second
difference is that in the movie, the tin woodman only rusted again
later in the story, but in the book, he rusted his mouth when he was
crying, because he accidentally stepped on a beetle. (Poor thing.)
The third difference is that in the movie, Dorothy slapped the lion
on the tail, but in the book, Dorothy slapped the lion in the nose.
