A few days ago, we just got home from a fantabulous trip. We went to Arches, National Park. Did I tell you it was fantabulous? It was! When we first got there, it was about eight to ten o'clock, so we didn't have any time to play. Just unpacking and going to bed. The second day, we climbed rocks and chose different rooms. I shared a room with Tyler and Mykel. (Chloe is Tyler's middle name, so we call her TC.) Mykel is two, and Tyler is ten. But then, TC found a better room. It had a bed with a HUMUNGUS pillow. But then TC decided to go back to the old room, and I had that room all to myself. Kenyan also had a room, and a lab, but then he changed his lab to another place. But he didn't tell us for a while.
But, there were also rules that the grown-ups made, and one of them was that if we couldn't hear them when we were in a certain place, then we weren't allowed to go there anymore if we didn't have a grown-up with us. Another was that we had to have a buddy. One day, Kenyan went without a buddy, and he didn't come when the grown-ups were calling him, because he was distracted, so my dad made up the rule that we were allowed to count thirty steps and that was how far we were allowed to go, so we counted thirty steps.
we also went on two hikes. One was on the third day, I think, and the other one was on the last day, which was Wednesday. The first hike, we hiked to Delicate Arch, and when we were still hiking, there was a rock that we climbed that was like a big hole.
The second hike was to the Delicate Arch. TC thought it was the most unique rock, because it looks like a pair of pants. Then we went to the Cookie Bowl, and had lunch there. Then, we went home.
